Any Player found to be under 21 years of age will have their Account immediately suspended, all pending transactions cancelled, and deposited funds returned subject to verification of origin. Each Player is permitted to maintain only one (1) Account on vcity133. Opening duplicate, secondary, or linked accounts — whether under the same identity, shared device, shared IP address, or shared payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances in the duplicate accounts.
Players must register on their own behalf. Accounts created on behalf of another person, or operated by a third party (including professional gambling agents), are not permitted. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

When registering an Account, Players must provide accurate, current, and complete information including their full legal name, date of birth, email address, residential address, and preferred payment method. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms.
Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Account credentials, including username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. vcity133 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to an Account resulting from a Player's failure to adequately safeguard their credentials.
If you suspect that your Account has been compromised, you must notify our support team immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay.
All Accounts are subject to mandatory KYC verification prior to processing withdrawals. Players must submit valid government-issued identification (Malaysian MyKad, Driver's Licence, or Passport), proof of address issued within three months, and where applicable, proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested will result in Account restrictions.
By registering an Account, you consent to receiving service-related communications from vcity133 via email or in-platform notifications. You may opt out of promotional communications at any time through your Account settings, however transactional and security-related communications are not optional and cannot be disabled.
vcity133 accepts deposits via the following methods: FPX bank transfers (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong), DuitNow instant transfers, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin/BTC, Ethereum/ETH, Tether/USDT, Litecoin/LTC). vcity133 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at its discretion with reasonable notice.
The Platform operates primarily in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at the time the deposit is confirmed on-chain. Cryptocurrency exchange rates are locked at the time of deposit confirmation and are not subject to subsequent adjustment.
The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 (or cryptocurrency equivalent). vcity133 reserves the right to set or modify minimum and maximum deposit limits for individual Accounts based on verification status, payment method, or risk profile.
Withdrawal requests are processed within 5–15 minutes for verified Accounts using DuitNow or FPX. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are processed within 30–60 minutes subject to network confirmation times. Withdrawals are only permitted to payment methods previously used for deposit, or to a bank account in the Player's verified name, as a standard anti-money-laundering measure.
vcity133 reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawal requests pending completion of enhanced due diligence, where unusual activity is detected, or where a Player has not satisfied applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds. The Platform will communicate the reason for any withdrawal delay within 48 hours of the request being placed.
All transactions on vcity133 are subject to anti-money-laundering (AML) monitoring. vcity133 is obligated under its international licence to report suspicious transactions to the relevant regulatory authority. Players must not use the Platform to process funds derived from illegal activity. Any Account found to be engaged in money laundering will be permanently closed and funds reported to the appropriate authorities.
All bonuses, free spin offers, cashback promotions, and other promotional incentives offered by vcity133 are subject to specific terms and conditions, which will be clearly stated at the time of the offer. Where promotion-specific terms conflict with these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion only.
Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before any winnings generated from them may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier (e.g., X10, X15, X20) will be stated in the promotion terms. Players must complete the full rollover within the stated bonus validity window (typically 7, 14, or 30 days). Bonuses that expire before the rollover is completed will be forfeited along with any associated winnings.
While Bonus Funds are active in an Account, the maximum permitted bet per round or spin is capped as stated in the applicable promotion terms (typically MYR 250–500). Placing bets in excess of the stated maximum while using Bonus Funds is a breach of these Terms and will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
Different game categories contribute to wagering requirements at different rates. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live casino table games (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette) typically contribute 10–20%. Specific contribution rates for each game category will be stated in the relevant promotion terms. Sports betting contributions vary by market and will be disclosed at the time of the offer.
Winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be subject to a maximum cash-out cap, which will be specified in the promotion terms. Any amount exceeding the stated cap will be forfeited upon withdrawal request.
vcity133 reserves the right to void bonuses and confiscate associated winnings if, in the Platform's reasonable assessment, a Player has engaged in bonus abuse — including but not limited to: using bonuses across multiple accounts, exploiting bonus offers in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play, or employing low-risk wagering strategies specifically designed to circumvent wagering requirements. Determinations of bonus abuse are made at vcity133's sole discretion.
All casino games on vcity133 use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that is independently tested and certified by accredited third-party testing laboratories. The RNG ensures that each game outcome is statistically random and not influenced by previous results. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages are accurate as of the date of this document and are subject to change with notice.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets on vcity133. All sports bets are settled in accordance with vcity133's official sports betting rules, which are published separately and incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of a disputed settlement, vcity133's determination shall be final. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the vcity133 Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension and permanent closure:
vcity133 reserves the right to cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies in the investigation of prohibited conduct. Any funds associated with prohibited conduct may be frozen pending investigation and may be subject to forfeiture.
All content on the vcity133 Platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, logos, trademarks, graphics, interface designs, text, and compiled databases — is the intellectual property of vcity133 or its licensed third-party content providers. All rights are reserved.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, recreational purposes only. This licence does not extend to: reproduction, distribution, public display, modification, reverse engineering, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content. Any unauthorised use of vcity133's intellectual property may expose the offending party to civil or criminal liability.

vcity133 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, failure to complete KYC, evidence of underage gambling, receipt of a chargeback, or any other activity that vcity133 reasonably determines to be harmful to the Platform or its user community.
Players may request the voluntary closure of their Account at any time by contacting vcity133 support. Upon closure, any Real Money Funds remaining in the Account balance will be returned to the Player's verified payment method after completion of any outstanding identity verification requirements. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon Account closure.
Accounts that have been inactive (no login, no wager, no deposit) for a continuous period of 12 months or more may be classified as dormant. vcity133 reserves the right to charge a monthly dormancy administration fee on dormant Accounts, subject to applicable regulatory requirements. Players will be notified prior to any dormancy fee being applied.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which vcity133 holds its primary operating licence. This choice of governing law does not override any mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in a Player's place of residence that cannot be contractually excluded.
In the event of a dispute between a Player and vcity133, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through vcity133's internal customer support process. Players must submit a written complaint to [email protected] within 30 days of the event giving rise to the dispute. vcity133 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and aim to provide a final determination within 14 business days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, Players may refer the matter to the dispute resolution body specified by vcity133's licensing authority. vcity133 will cooperate fully with any such external review.
vcity133 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, vcity133 will provide at least 14 days' prior notice via email or in-platform notification before the new Terms take effect. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
